- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I met David Bartholme 3 years ago after a year of struggling financially from starting over my business when I first moved to Portland. I wasn't able to pay quarterly taxes for the first 2 years and really needed to get on track. This year, I sat down with David and he devised a plan for me that finally has me paying quarterly taxes this year and it feels great!! He told me I needed to buy a house last year, I made it happen. He's given me great financial advice and I trust his word!!! He's very professional and just a good person all around.
