- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been trying to speak with a bank representative, but nobody will answer the phone. It's extremely frustrating, as I've been trying continuously for over 20 minutes. I don't want to have to take off work and drive there if someone can answer a question over the phone. Have someone designated to answer/take incoming calls for crying out loud! Luckily, I don't have an account there, but I'm trying to put money into an account for my homeless brother and need to know if they'll let me do it!
